Charleston Camera Club
is a community of amateur and professional photographers dedicated to their passion for photography and nature. Our club was founded in 1933 and we are located in Charleston, WV within a day’s drive of some of the most beautiful mountain scenery in the Appalachians. Our field trips are often centered around the beauty of our Mountain State.
Our meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month starting at 6:30pm from September to May with some gatherings June through August. Our 1st Monday meetings feature selected topics on photography presented by photographers from our local area. The 3rd Monday meeting is our monthly themed photo competitions where entries are judged by fellow photographers and photos critiqued by a professional photographer.
We invite you to visit us at our next meeting. We are sure our club has something to offer no matter whether you are a beginner or a master at photography.
